Return & Refund Policy

Whole store 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of your purchase. After receiving and inspecting the item, AQUAFYSH will process your refund. 

*Returns must include all accessories and be in original packaging.

*For non-quality-related refund claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. AQUAFYSH will only refund the cost of the product itself. 

*Returns will be rejected without application-process.

 

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

1.Minor damage to the outer packaging.

2.Used items except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.

3.Damage caused by misuse.

4.Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.

5.No refunds on chargers sold

 

Process-How to return?

1.Send the request to service@aquafysh.com attached proof of purchase and we will review your application (click here to send an return&refund application) within 24 hours.

2.Once your application is approved, you will be informed of the return address and required to ship the item(s).(The company address is not the return address of the package,and the specific address will be sent by customer service email.)

3.After inspecting your return we will process your refund. It will take up to 7 to 15 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

4.If you don't get refund after 15 working days, please email service@aquafysh.com for assistance.

 

Customer should be responsible for the following cases:

1.Returning items for reasons other than a defect.

2.Accidental return, such as personal items or incorrect products.

3.Returning defective items in international shipping.

4.The country where the item was purchased is different from the country where the warranty claim is made.

5.Returning items were claimed defective but found by AQUAFYSH quality control to be in proper working condition.

If the above happens, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Moreover, if case 1 occurs, there will be an additional processing fee which is 10% of the item costs.
