Choosing & Using my ELF08 Pro
  • What kind of pool can it be used in?

It can be used in flat bottom swimming pools of above ground or underground with any shape,and it can also be used in swimming pools with a maximum slope of 20°.

  • Can I use it to clean up silt and algae?

It is ideal for daily maintenance such as leaves,dirt, debris and small areas of sand and algae, and it is not suitable for mass cleaning.

  • How can ELF08 Pro get stronger suction?

Replace the small particle suction sleeve, or take out the filter sponge.

  • Will my ELF08 Pro clean the stairs and the walls?

Our ELF08 Pro robot is not programmed to clean steps, benches, and tanning ledges. And it can't clean the walls either. We recommend brushing dirt on the stairs and the walls onto the bottom of the pool, for the robot to be able to clean the debris.

  • How to use the ELF08 Pro for the first time?

Fully charge the ELF08 Pro firstly for 4-6 hours after remove the desiccant then put it directly into the water, and it will start to operate.

  • How does my ELF08 Pro scan and move around the pool?

ELF08 Pro is programmed with intelligent path algorithm so it will explore the pool automatically.

  • How do I know if ELF08 Pro has enough power?

Four status

1.Lock:Automatically shut down at the end of a single operation.Operation locked, the red and blue indicator lights are flashing alternately, no operation available under this status. Unlock after charging.

2.Battery Low:With low battery and red indicator flashing, it must be used after charging .The third status is

3.Power available for operation:When the battery still has energy storage, the blue indicator is normally on and the appliance can be used.

4.Needs to be charged:No blue or red lights.

  • How to know if ELF08 Pro is fully charged?

Blue light flashing:in charging;

Blue light is always on:charging is complete.

  • How do I remove my ELF08 Pro from the water?

It automatically docks by the pool when cleaning is complete, you need to take it out from pool with hook.

  • How do I clean my ELF08 Pro?

First of all, we recommend cleaning the filters and filter sponge after each cycle to make sure they last longer. Then wipe the whole ELF08 Pro with a dry cloth then put it in a shaded spot.

  • How do I properly store my ELF08 Pro?

After each cleaning cycle, for optimal maintenance, we recommend removing the ELF08 Pro from the pool and storing the robot and the power supply away from direct sunlight, excessive heat or cold to prevent accelerated wear and tear.

Safety Usage
  • How long can I leave my pool cleaner in the pool?

We recommend taking your ELF08 Pro out of the pool immediately after each use and be sure to empty and rinse the filters.

  • Can I swim while my ELF08 Pro is cleaning the pool?

Not recommended. Although we use the highest testing standards and the safest product design concept to ensure the safety of product use. For your safety and the safety of others, we do not recommend entering the pool while the pool robotic cleaner is working.

  • Is my ELF08 Pro safe to use?

The power supply unit sends a low voltage current. There is no major risk of electrocution. Make sure that the electrical outlet is protected by an earth leakage circuit breaker or an earth leakage switch.

Make sure that the power supply unit is always positioned at least 12ft (3.5m) from the pool. Keep the power supply away from any stagnant water.

For your safety and the safety of others, do not enter the pool while the robot is working.
