Warranty Claims:
Your warranty starts automatically on the date of purchase. All warranty claims must be notified to service@aquafysh.com through email in advance. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged products are required to be submitted with any warranty request.

Original AQUAFYSH’s parts and components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
* Products without sufficient proof of purchase;
* Non-quality-related issues;
* Items with expired warranties;
* Repairs through 3rd parties;
* Purchases from unauthorized resellers;
* Use of non-factory authorized parts or accessories in conjunction with the product(s);
* Failure to properly install, operate or maintain the product in accordance with AQUAFYSH’s published installation, operation and/or maintenance manuals;
* Items damaged by the customer include falling or using under the extreme temperatures or improper operation( If repair needed, the customer should be responsible for the labor and material costs.);
* Defects or damages resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source;
Batteries:
Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by AQUAFYSH only.
As for the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from following actions or situations:
*Charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery;
*Using a battery charger improperly;
*If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
Shipping Damage Claims:
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service@aquafysh.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
